How can we help?
We offer HR support for small businesses. Do you need support with everyday HR issues or do you want to make sure your policies are in line with recent employment law? Or are you looking for advice with a thorny HR problem? If so, get in touch and we would be happy to help. We have a particular interest in employee relations issues and can undertake disciplinary/grievance investigations for local clients.
Who are we?
Oxfordshire-based, Catherine Anderson is an experienced HR professional, MCIPD qualified and an Accredited (M&D) Mediator. She has extensive experience of working in a number of sectors including financial services, manufacturing, SMEs and Further and Higher Education. At Essential HR, we take the time to understand the detail of your HR issue so we can provide informed, tailored and thorough advice. By understanding your business, we aim to anticipate and address potential issues before they become problems. Catherine has a particular interest in helping you navigate employee relations issues and has extensive experience of conducting workplace investigations.
